Procedure

Add all phase A ingredients to main vessel and heat to 80°C. In separate vessel, combine phase B and heat to 80°C. Add B to A slowly and mix for 10 minutes. Begin reducing heat. Add phase C ingredients individually to AB and mix until homogeneous. Continue to reduce heat to 35°C. At 35°C add phase D ingredients under part D and mix until homogeneous.
